At CHOC Center for Children’s Health — Primary Care in Irvine, we’ve built something rare: a pediatric practice partnered with both Rady Children’s Health (formerly CHOC) and UCI Health, offering families in Irvine and across Orange County an unmatched combination of personal care and institutional depth.
A Pediatric Practice Unlike Any Other in Orange County
Opened in April 2024, our practice brings together four exceptional physicians — two from Rady Children’s Health and two from UCI — who work collaboratively under one roof. That partnership means your child benefits from coordinated care across two nationally recognized health systems, with radiology, labs, rehabilitation, and specialty services all available within the same building for qualifying patients.
It’s the kind of seamless, all-in-one experience that used to require multiple offices, multiple trips, and a lot of coordinating on your end.
